Job Description : Showroom Manager DUBAI UAE to lead a premium showroom specialising in kitchens, furniture, wardrobes, and doors. This is a senior role with strong sales, leadership, and operational responsibilities. Salary: AED 25,000 – 28,000 Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily showroom operations and team performance • Drive sales targets and customer experience • Design kitchen and wardrobe layouts for showroom and client projects • Oversee inventory, suppliers, and product displays • Collaborate with marketing and design teams on promotions • Monitor budgets, reports, and profitability Requirements: • Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related certification • Minimum 5 years’ experience in modular furniture or home décor • Retail management experience in the UAE is a plus • Strong sales, leadership, and communication skills • Proficient in POS, CRM, MS Office, and design software • Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage ??
