Job Description : President - Sales & Marketing (EV 2-Wheeler & EV 3-Wheeler) Location: [NCR] Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Industry: EV/Electric Vehicle Exp:20-25 yrs Job Overview: The President of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for spearheading the strategic planning, development, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives for the company's Electric Vehicle (EV) 2-Wheeler and 3-Wheeler segments. This leadership role demands a dynamic, results-oriented professional with deep industry knowledge, innovative marketing skills, and a proven track record of scaling sales in the EV or automotive sector. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets in the EV 2W and 3W markets. Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and distribution channels. Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and after-sales teams to align product offerings with market demand. Sales Management: Lead and inspire the sales teams to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, fleet operators, and channel partners. Design and implement effective sales processes, pipeline management, and performance metrics. Marketing & Brand Development: Develop branding strategies to establish the company as a leading EV brand. Oversee advertising, promotions, digital marketing, and public relations activities. Drive customer engagement and loyalty programs. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Utilize market insights to refine strategies and improve market positioning. Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare and manage budgets for sales and marketing operations. Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on sales performance and marketing ROI. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 20-25 years of experience in automotive, EV, or related industry sales and marketing roles. Proven track record of successfully leading sales and marketing functions, preferably in EV or electric mobility. Strong understanding of EV market dynamics, customer preferences, and regulatory landscape. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
