Job Description : Chief Financial Officer" with Ozone Group Of Companies. Location: Delhi Job Responsibilities: · Overseeing the entire accounting function and ensure timely accounting closures as per Ind AS. · Audit as per Indian GAAP accounts on quarterly/annual basis including dealing with statutory and internal auditor · He/she will be responsible for ensuring financial controls, keeping a keen eye on the business fiscal performance through MIS, analytics and driving course correction as required. Requirements: CA with Min of 15 years of experience with at least 5 yrs. in senior leadership roles in a company. Experience in manufacturing industry is a must. Experience in conducting financial due diligence and understanding of legal aspects of M&A Experience in leading automation projects & building strong middle management
