Job Description : CFO DEHLO INDIA As CFO of a leading manufacturing company with multiple plant locations and a large distribution & retail network. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, secretarial and management of the organization. They ensure financial stability, optimize resource allocation, and drive profitability while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CFO provides strategic financial guidance to the executive team, supports business growth, and safeguards the company's financial health. Strong experience in Strategic Contribution, Leadership, Financial Reporting, Budgeting Planning & Control, FP&A, Treasury, New project evaluation - Financial Feasibility & Risk Assessment, Initial Public Offer(IPO), Fund Raising Strategy & Execution, IR, Internal & External Audit, IT management Candidate must be a CA with 20+ Years of relevant experience and working as CFO for 2 years minimum.
