The property is undergoing a rebranding & the client is specifically looking for candidates with Marriott experience, who will be overseeing full operations, with a focus on guest experience & satisfaction! Requirements: Fluency in English Previous experience in Sub Saharan Africa Rebranding or preopening experience highly beneficial The client is open to strong DOO profiles ready to take their next step Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required). Master’s degree (MBA or Hospitality Management specialization) is preferred, especially for international or luxury brands.
