Lead and manage the P&L for private labelling to ensure targets are met consistently. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in private labelling within the FMCG - Food sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales plans. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Successful Applicant A successful Private Label Sales Head should have: 17+ years of experience in managing private label for FMCG globally. Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively. Proficiency in using sales analytics and CRM tools. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
