Job Description : Operations Director (Multi-Site | FMCG Manufacturing) THAILAND We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead and manage end-to-end operations across multiple manufacturing sites in a FMCG environment. This role carries a large operational scope, covering strategy through execution, and requires a strong leader who can drive performance, standardization, and continuous improvement across plants. Requirements: - Proven experience managing multi-plant manufacturing operations - Strong background in FMCG industry - Hands-on leadership with strong execution mindset - Fluent in English (written and spoken) - Strong understanding of end-to-end operations - Experience with ERP / SAP is a plus
