Associate Sales Manager

Job Description : ASSOCIATE SALES MANAGER KSA A large conglomerate with diversified businesses in the region is looking to hire an Associate Sales Manager for their packaging division in KSA. Your Role: While reporting to the Head of Sales, the associate manager will take responsibility for managing the category sales to achieve sales target of the entire packaging products in the assigned segments and markets. Develop business plan and Sales strategy for KSA and ensure fulfilment of Sales growth and profitability. Responsible for managing contracts with B2B clients and customers in neighboring market. Finalize and negotiate deals including pricing and material delivery terms. Manage sales volume and plan promotions to drive sales in different region. Responsible for managing the receivables and ensure collections within specified credit as per terms of the company from all clients. Must Have: To be successful in the role you must have proven sales experience from within the packaging industry, particularly in corrugated carton. You need to be ambitious, enthusiastic and have a passion for sales. Ability to manage and negotiate. At least 8 years of Commercial experience (ideally a combination of Sales or Customer Marketing) would be ideal. Excellent communication, analytical, statistical and Sales skills is a must. Knowledge of ERP would be a plus. Arabic speaking candidate woud be added advantage.
