Plant Manager

Job Description : Plant Manager / Production Manager (Dairy Industry) We are looking for a high-caliber leader to oversee our dairy production facility for Dar es salaam, Tanzania. If you have deep technical expertise in UHT, Ice Cream, and Yogurt production and a track record of operational excellence, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Production Excellence: Lead daily operations for UHT milk, ice cream, and yogurt lines to meet strict volume and quality targets. Quality & Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to food safety standards, including local regulatory requirements. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a large workforce, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 15 years in dairy manufacturing/plant operations. Regional Preference: Experience working within the African market is highly preferred to navigate local operational dynamics. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science, Food Technology, or Engineering.
