Job Description : Head of Parts – Trucks & Buses RIYAHD KSA Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Head of Parts – Trucks & Buses to lead our parts department, overseeing inventory, sales, supplier relations, and team performance to drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Plan, order, and sell parts in line with management directives and supplier targets. Develop and execute yearly, monthly, and weekly objectives for the parts department, including revenue, profitability, inventory control, order management, and manpower productivity. Ensure parts inventory accuracy and maintain discrepancies within industry standards. Source new business opportunities as directed by management. Collaborate with sales and service teams to maximize customer satisfaction. Manage team performance, career progression, and incentive plans. Implement strategic parts pricing to maximize profitability through effective product mix. Manage dead or slow-moving stock according to industry standards and propose scrapping plans when necessary. Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities. Monitor departmental performance against budget and targets. Identify market potential areas and expand sales strategies accordingly. Maintain effective communication with suppliers to optimize operational benefits. Plan and implement innovative marketing and sales promotion initiatives in coordination with senior management. Ensure pricing strategies align with industry standards while maintaining customer focus. Drive revenue generation and net profit for the Parts Division. Control department expenditures to meet divisional budgetary requirements. Collaborate with the aftersales team to analyze tenders and contracts for new project opportunities. Improve parts sales revenue and establish new standards for performance. Develop and implement the After Sales Department operating plan aligned with corporate strategy and business plans. Manage aftersales plans through completion, ensuring revenue targets and standards are met. Deliver presentations to principals and senior management on aftersales performance. Maintain knowledge of industry trends and regional marketplace to prepare for opportunities and challenges. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or equivalent. Minimum of 10 years of experience in parts management, inventory control, supply chain, or aftersales operations, preferably in trucks, buses, or heavy equipment. Proven leadership and people management skills. Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities. Extensive knowledge of parts management systems, inventory control, and supplier management.
