Job Description : OPERATIONS OFFICER (MINING SERVICES) ?? Location: Tanzania ?? Age: 30–40 years ?? Preferred: Male We are seeking an experienced Operations Officer,Mining Services to oversee mining operations across multiple sites. The role includes full responsibility for operational execution, safety compliance, fleet and heavy equipment management, resource optimization, and cost control to ensure high- quality and profitable service delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all mining service contract operations • Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance • Optimize resources (people, equipment, materials) to meet production targets • Manage fleet performance, equipment utilization, and maintenance schedules • Minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency • Monitor KPIs, control costs, and improve service quality • Lead site teams and coordinate with internal departments and clients Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field • Strong knowledge of mining services and operations • Proven experience in fleet and heavy equipment management • Ability and willingness to work in remote sites • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cost-control skills ??
