Planning Director

Job Description : Planning Director – High-Rise Construction leading construction contracting group in the UAE to appoint a Planning Director to lead the planning function on large-scale, high-rise developments (G+40 and above). This is a strategic leadership role for a senior planning professional coming directly from the contracting side, with deep experience delivering complex towers and mega projects in the region. Key Responsibilities ??Lead and oversee the planning function across multiple high-rise construction projects ??Develop and control master programmes and detailed project schedules (Primavera P6) ??Monitor progress, identify delays, and implement recovery and mitigation strategies ??Manage claims, EOTs, delay analysis, and programme narratives ??Provide senior-level reporting and insights to project directors and executive leadership ??Mentor and manage central and site-based planning teams Required Background ??Proven experience working with main contractors / general contractors (mandatory) ??Strong track record on high-rise developments (G+40 floors and above) ??Extensive experience in UAE / GCC construction projects ??Advanced Primavera P6 expertise and project controls capability ??Experience leading planning teams and interfacing with senior stakeholders ??Background in residential, commercial, or mixed-use tower projects Please send relevant CVs to
