Job Description : Assistant General Manager – Garments ? Minimum 15 years of experience ?? Location: Uganda (Africa) ?? Industry: Textile Manufacturing ?? Key Responsibilities: ?? Oversee end-to-end textile operations – Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing, Printing, Finishing & Packing Oversee end to end production processes including cutting / sewing / finishing / embroidery / printing. Plan and monitor production on daily basis / weekly and monthly vs business plan and yearly targets. Responsible for product quality , rejections and deliveries. Sample development and approvals in coordination with sales . Fabric and accessories plan and make sure production runs smoothly. Responsible for recruitment / training and of work force Should have knowledge of product cost and responsible for output cost. Proficiency in ERP ( SAP ) Should be able to perform under pressure. ??
