Job Description : Head – Procurement Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end procurement for factory, plantation & project requirements Strategic sourcing, vendor development & contract negotiations Procurement planning aligned with production, maintenance & capex needs Cost optimisation, inventory control & vendor performance management Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements & statutory norms Coordinate with finance, stores, engineering & operations teams Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering with procurement experience/Supply chine mgmt 10+ years of experience in sugar/manufacturing / agro-based industry preferred Strong exposure to imports, local sourcing & ERP-based procurement systems Compensation: Competitive package 100% repatriable salary + local allowance Free Family Accommodation
