20 yearsJob Description : BRANCH SALES MANAGSER DRC ranch Sales Manager – Congo (DRC) Are you a results-driven Sales Leader with strong exposure to hashtag#FMCG distribution and emerging markets? This could be your next big move! We are looking to lead and grow our branch operations in Congo, driving sales performance, managing teams, and strengthening customer relationships across the region. ?? Key Responsibilities: • Implement and execute sales & marketing strategies • Achieve branch sales targets and monitor customer performance • Manage branch operations, inventory, logistics, and reporting • Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff • Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and local stakeholders • Track competitor pricing and market trends ?? Ideal Profile: • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Management, or related field • Minimum 8+ years’ experience in a similar role (FMCG preferred) • Prior experience in Africa or developing markets is a strong advantage • Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills • Preference would be fluency in French/ Lingala ??
