Job Description : Finance Head – Leading Retail Company | Oman We are looking for a Finance Head for one of the top leading retail companies in Oman. The ideal candidate must be CA qualified with 10+ years of post-qualification experience, and mandatory exposure to the FMCG industry. The role will be responsible for MIS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial controls, and strategic decision support. Candidates should have strong leadership skills and the ability to work closely with business and senior management to drive financial performance and efficiency. International exposure or experience in fast-paced retail/FMCG environments will be an added advantage. CTC: INR 55–60 LPA (depending on experience and fit)
