Job Description : HEAD OF BUSINESS Logistics Organization Kenya RESPONSIBILITIES • To manage a large multicultural team encompassing, sea, air, road operations and customer services. • Marketing and business development of the company's presence within the region. • Development and enhancement of customer relationships. • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures to meet defined revenue targets. • To evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics for self and team, providing clear crisp directions for improvement and tangible deliveries. • To set comprehensive goals for performance and growth for self and team. • Establish policies that promote company's culture and vision. www.linketlincomicompany/shugulika • Minimum 8 years' experience in a senior position in Freight Forwarding. • Advanced Degree in Business Management (Masters as added advantage) or relevant fields. • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, leadership and problem solving skills. • Proven experience as Business Manager and understanding of research methods and data analysis.
