What You’ll Actually Do Own the full finance stack: P&L, working capital, audits, covenants, and controls. Watch stock, cash, collections like your life depends on it -because it does. Pressure test pricing, promos, credit terms - no more “volume at any cost” .Kill silent leaks: expiry, claims, returns, underbilled services. Build warehouse-level controls that actually work - not just sound good in policy Sit with sales, ops and supply chain - shape decisions, not just sign off on them. Who You Are You’ve run finance in foodservice, distribution, or frozen/F&B ops You speak ERP and BI ???? You have said no to Sales and survived the argument.. and proved you were right.
