Job Description : COO MUMBAI INDIA 60-70 L + Benefits CA(charteredaccountant) with 15+ post qualification experience in privateequity realestatefund Client: Manager of 2-4 PE realestate funds with AUM 500-11000 Cr & expected to go upto 35000 Crs s/he good in academics & a self-starter who can work flexibly across a range of assetmanagement activities. Additional qualification as a CS or LLB will be ideal. Sould have been part of other asset management companies or would have worked for a significant period with Private EquityFunds, banks, financial institutions or NBFC Act as the custodian of all the matters related to operations of the Company including creating and maintaining appropriate policies and procedures, implementing the policies and constantly review policies to benchmark them to global best practices Oversee all activities of Operations, Banking, Treasury finance, Risk & compliance, IT and HR, admin & facilities. Overseeing and ensuring compliance with respect to GST, Income Tax and other applicable taxes. Apprising the management of updates to regulations (SEBI, AIF’s, RBI, Companies Act, FEMA, Securitisation etc.) and its impact on the business and the investors. Overseeing the Company and the Fund’s quarterly and Annual Financial Statements
