Job Description : Finance Manager – FMCG | Doha, Qatar We’re supporting a privately held FMCG manufacturing business with a growing international footprint to hire a Finance Manager based in Doha. This is a hands-on role and you will play a key role with the founding team, owner-led, export-oriented environment, ideal for finance professionals who enjoy being close to the business, managing cash flow, and strengthening controls as the company scales. What this role offers: • Direct visibility with ownership and senior management • Strong exposure to export and trade finance • A growing FMCG platform with regional and international markets Who we’re looking for: • 8–12 years’ experience in Finance / Accounting / Controls • Background in FMCG manufacturing or export-led businesses • Strong cash-flow, working capital, and financial control expertise • Experience with trade finance and banking coordination • Comfortable operating in owner-led environments • English fluency required; Arabic is a plus ????
