Job Description : REGIONAL MANAGER FOR AN INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS & FREIGHT FORWARDING COMPANY IN KUWAIT Job Role: Promote the company and its services by coordinating with Sales, Management, Finance, IT and Media Relations teams Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports and submit findings and analysis to senior management Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services Train shipping department personnel in roles or responsibilities regarding global logistics strategies Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility Direct, optimize and coordinate full work cycle and reinforce the business efficiency Requirements: 33 years old and above Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or any relevant field With at least 10 years of experience in the same role from logistics & freight forwarding industry Retail background is an advantage Ability to read and generate reports, ledgers and market analyses Outstanding negotiation skills How to Apply:
