Key Requirements: Qualification: Chartered Accountant Experience: 18 to 22 years of relevant experience Industry: Preferably from Manufacturing Industry Experience in a listed organization will be an added advantage Core Expertise Required: Investor Relations Strong relationships with Banks & Financial Institutions Financial Planning, Analysis & Reporting MIS, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) Costing, SAP, and ERP-driven finance operations Direct & Indirect Taxation Finalization of Accounts and Statutory Compliances Treasury, Investments & Working Capital Management Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a globally aligned manufacturing setup with exposure to strategic decision-making at the highest level.
