Job Description Lead financial planning and analysis processes to support strategic decision-making. Prepare and present accurate financial reports to key stakeholders. Develop budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and financial strategies. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies. Support senior management in making informed financial decisions for growth. The Successful Applicant A successful FP&A Head should have: A strong educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field. Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector, preferably in the Mechanical Industry. Proficiency in financial reporting and data analysis tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
