Job Description : Business Performance Manager in Kampala, Uganda. This role is crucial for driving end-to-end performance management across P&L, Working Capital, and Cash Flow within a fast-paced FMCG environment. Reporting directly to the CFO, the successful candidate will transform financial data into actionable insights that inform commercial decisions and foster growth.
