Job Description : PROJECT HEAD KENYA FOR CONFECTIONARY Diversified Group at Kenya now setting up a confectionery Plant Job Profile: Will spearhead the greenfield Confectionery Project at KENYA Will help the management in identifying the machinery, installation and erection of plant, developing the recipe, developing the product mix, managing complete operations Will ensure the best use of Man, Machines and Resources Will act as a Plant Head once the plant is operational Will spearhead complete operations right from Production, marketing, raw material sourcing etc and ensuring the profitability all the times. Profile Reports to the Board Desired Profile: Confectionery Industry professionals having experience of heading a Plant independently Should have expert knowledge of hard boiled candy, lollipop, chewing gums etc Greenfield Project experience is highly preferable Must possess excellent interpersonal and man management skills Good command over oral and written English Be ready to commit long term association Net Savings around $2500 - $3000 + Accommodation + Transportation + All Expat Benefits
