POLAND An established manufacturing organization is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Production Lead to support and drive day-to-day production operations within its Plastic Injection Molding facility. ???? Industry: Manufacturing (Plastic Injection Molding) ???? Salary Range: AUD 250,000 – 270,000 (Plus incentives) ? Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets Ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing operations in line with company standards Monitor and optimize injection molding processes with focus on quality, productivity, and safety Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtime Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous operations Implement and ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, ISO standards, and company policies Plan manpower deployment and allocate resources effectively Analyze production data and support continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams Train, guide, and motivate production staff to build a high-performing team ???? Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Polymer / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field ????? Experience: 15+ years of relevant manufacturing experience Mandatory exposure in Plastic Injection Molding operations Prior experience in production & lead role preferred ? Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of injection molding processes, machinery, and tooling Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills Familiarity with ISO systems, GMP, and SOP-based environments Strong focus on productivity, quality, and team management
