Job Description : Supply Chain Director (Retail & Food Business) ???? Location: Dubai, UAE ???? Salary: AED 45,000 – 55,000 per month Are you a strategic supply chain leader with deep expertise in retail and food operations? We are looking for an experienced professional to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation across multiple business units and drive excellence, efficiency, and digital innovation. ? ???? Role Purpose Lead the complete Supply Chain function across Retail, Catering & Food Manufacturing, ensuring an integrated, cost-effective, and high-performing operation—from planning to last-mile delivery. You will own strategy, governance, performance, and system enablement to deliver service excellence and scalable growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership • Define and execute Group Supply Chain strategy aligned with commercial & production priorities • Establish KPIs, governance, and standardized processes • Drive cost optimization and digital enablement via SAP & BI • Build long-term capacity plans to support business growth Functional Oversight • Forecasting, inventory planning & replenishment integration • Governance of procurement across Retail & Food BUs • Management of warehouses & food storage with full compliance • Transport & last-mile network optimization • Automation through SAP dashboards & analytics Performance & Budget • Own supply chain P&L, productivity & cost controls • Improve service levels, reduce waste, optimize stock • Lead Lean & Six Sigma continuous improvement projects Stakeholder & People Leadership • Partner with Commercial, Finance & Operations • Develop high-performing teams & succession pipelines • Foster cross-functional collaboration and accountability ???? Competencies Technical End-to-End Supply Chain Strategy Logistics & Network Optimization Demand & Inventory Planning Financial Acumen Digital & Analytics Tools Behavioural Strategic Thinking Stakeholder Management Results Orientation Change Leadership Operational Excellence Knowledge & Experience Master’s degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business (preferred) Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred) 15+ years in supply chain leadership 5+ years driving transformation across multi-BU environments Strong exposure to grocery retail and/or food manufacturing logistics Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
