Job Description : STORE DIRECTOR – DUBAI Our client, a distinguished international fine jewellery house, is seeking an accomplished Store Director to lead its flagship boutique in Dubai. This is a rare and prestigious opportunity for a senior retail leader to join a thriving luxury business and take ownership of one of its most important locations. The Store Director will lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of Client Advisors, embedding a culture of excellence, accountability, and exceptional client experience. You will take a hands-on approach to sales leadership, actively engaging with clients, mentoring the team, and driving strategic clienteling initiatives to consistently exceed commercial targets and productivity KPIs. You will also be responsible for ensuring full operational and brand excellence, including visual merchandising, boutique standards, stock management, security, and daily operations. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will represent the Maison both in-store and within the wider luxury community, while providing valuable insight into client behaviour, buying trends, and assortment requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of eight years’ leadership experience within luxury fine jewellery, with a proven record of driving commercial performance and building high-performing retail teams. A deep understanding of UHNW clientele, strong communication skills, and a polished, confident presence are essential. This role suits a commercially driven, hands-on leader with a genuine passion for people development. Only candidates with senior luxury fine jewellery leadership experience will be considered.
