Job Description : Chief EPMO | Doha, Qatar We are supporting a large, diversified conglomerate in Doha with a newly created leadership role to establish and lead a centralised Enterprise PMO at group level. The mandate covers oversight of complex, multi-sector project portfolios across EPC, PPP, Real Estate and contracting environments. Ideal candidate profile • Demonstrated experience establishing and operating a centralised Enterprise PMO • Exposure to large-scale, multi-billion project portfolios across EPC, PPP, RE • Hands-on leadership across the full project lifecycle, beyond reporting and governance • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels within a large organisation
