RETAIL MANAGER

Job Description : RETAIL MANAGER KENYA Oversee end-to-end operations of 50+ Retail stores across the country Support new store openings, expansion, and operational rollouts Ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability targets across all stores Drive consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and retail standards Lead, mentor, and monitor Store Managers and regional teams Ensure high levels of customer service and brand experience Monitor inventory, stock movement, and loss prevention controls Coordinate with supply chain, finance, HR, and merchandising teams Analyze store performance, KPIs, and prepare operational reports Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Any Graduate + MBA (Pref) with 15+ years experience in Managing the retail business of any reputed FOOTWEAR Category. Should have experience in expansion of Retail outlets Leadership skills
