20 yearsJob Description : COUNTRY SALES MANAGER TANANIA 15+ years experience General Responsibilities To develop and lead the Service Centre business through direct sales from service centers and retail showrooms, driving top-line growth and net profitability. To manage working capital efficiently while optimizing returns and overseeing both operational and capital expenditures (Opex and Capex) across all centers. To oversee controls on inventory, finance, costs, human resources, and administration of service centers and showrooms. To ensure smooth production operations across all centers, maintaining quality, machine maintenance, and compliance with EHS standards. To ensure inventory accuracy by reconciling physical stock with SAP records regularly. To collaborate with the marketing department to conceptualize, plan, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies supporting the retail business. To provide marketing support for below-the-line activities including promotions, schemes, exhibitions, industry meets, technical seminars, and market conversion programs through service centers. To ensure consistent look and feel across service centers and showrooms, enhancing customer experience and upgrading touchpoints as per evolving requirements. To develop and expand the trading portfolio of products marketed through the service centers. To cross-sell and up-sell related group company products like steel long products, lightweight trusses, and Safbuild through the service centers. To build stronger customer engagement through direct marketing, digital campaigns, and physical touchpoints including retail showrooms and service center
