Job Description : Group CFO I’m looking to speak with senior CFOs only for a Group CFO appointment in the UAE. This is a group-level role (multi-entity / multi-vertical), partnering closely with the CEO and leading finance strategy, governance, performance, and capital planning across the wider business. What I’m looking for (non-negotiable): - Current or recent Group CFO / CFO experience within a multi-company group - Proven leadership across group reporting, controls, cashflow, banking, and governance - Comfortable operating at Board / shareholder level Highly beneficial: - Experience supporting a business through IPO readiness (or public markets / pre-IPO workstreams)
