The role focuses on driving B2B sales growth, expanding distribution networks, and building strong relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers, and institutional clients. Key responsibilities include developing regional distribution strategies, optimizing supply chain and logistics efficiency, ensuring timely product delivery, and negotiating commercial terms with partners. The position also involves analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and enhancing operational processes for improved customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have an MBA or equivalent with 15+ years of experience in B2B distribution, FMCG, or agro-commodity sectors, strong knowledge of sales, supply chain, and regional logistics, and proven leadership and negotiation skills.
