Job Description : Plant Head – Plastic Injection Moulding HUNGARY Experience: Minimum 20 Years CTC: 250,000 Euro PA We are seeking an experienced Plant Head with strong expertise in plastic injection moulding and automotive plastic parts manufacturing. The role involves end-to-end plant operations, including production planning, process optimization, OEE improvement, cost control, and P&L responsibility. Mandatory experience in handling Magyar Suzuki as a key customer is required. The candidate will lead plant efficiency initiatives, quality assurance, manpower management, tooling, maintenance, and new process setup. Strong leadership, customer coordination, and operational excellence are essential to drive productivity, profitability, and continuous improvement.
