Job Description : Division Finance Head – Oman | CA Mandatory | FMCG/Product Industry We are looking for a dynamic Division Finance Head for Oman with 18+ years of experience. Candidates must be qualified CAs from FMCG or product-based industries. The role involves managing financial & sales accounting, MIS & reporting, month-end closing, working capital management, budgeting, tax & legal compliance, audit coordination, and financial KPI tracking. You will lead a team of 3–7 members, ensure policy adherence, review ledgers, monitor inventory & receivables, and support business strategy and new initiatives. Strong experience in financial reporting, variance analysis, controls, and stakeholder coordination is essential. This is a leadership role requiring strong analytical skills and business partnering ability.
