Finance Head

Job Description : Finance Head | Dubai ???? Salary: AED 25,000 – 30,000 ???? Location: Dubai ? Availability: Immediate Joiners Only Key Responsibilities: 1. Consolidate UK business financial performance, budgets, and forecasts with accurate reporting and analysis 2. Build financial models and track business unit KPIs to support strategic decision-making 3. Analyse trends, manage variances, and provide forward-looking financial insights 4. Work closely with business units and regional budget owners to improve reporting quality and forecasting accuracy 5. Identify process gaps and drive scalable, cross-departmental financial solutions 6. Deliver management reports and maintain robust budgeting and forecasting tools 7. Own month-end and quarterly reporting, including management packs and performance commentary for senior leadership Requirements: 1. Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA ) 2. 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably within group reporting in UAE 3. Strong expertise in IFRS, UK GAAP (FRS101/102) and US GAAP 4.Hands-on experience with Hyperion / FCCS or similar consolidation tools 5. Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills 6. Experience in acquisitions, disposals, impairment reviews, and asset valuations 7. Ability to prepare full financial statements, including cash flows and disclosures
