Job Description : FINANCE HEAD UGANDA FOR MANUFACTURING s leading plastic and rubber manufacturing company based at Uganda. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible to maintain accountability and integrity of every single transaction of the business which has got financial implications. 2. Strictly comply to all statutory obligations as per the policy of the organization. 3. Consolidation the accounts and prepare monthly management accounts. 4. Advise management on time to time regarding actions that are necessary to improve the profitability of the business. 5. Establish internal control all across the organisation. 6. Prepare annual budgets and submit for Board reviews based on Revenue and Expenses projected by all departments. 7. Development and implementation of the Credit Policy. 8. Completion of all statutory obligations as per laid down target dates (PAYE, VAT, NSSF, Withholding tax return, Workmen compensation, Insurance, Provisional return, Year-end audit, Corporation tax, Annual returns of Company and individual Directors) 9. Periodical Stock audit report of Raw material, Finished goods and Engineering spares. Qualification: CA/ACCA/FCACPA/CMA Experience: 5 years in managerial capacity and 15+ years overall experience
