Job Description : Group CEO – Garment Manufacturing Location: Benin or Togo (West Africa) Industry: Apparel & Textile Manufacturing CTC: USD 12,000–13,000 per month About the Role: We are seeking a visionary and result-driven Group CEO to lead the operations of a large, integrated garment manufacturing group based in West Africa (Benin/Togo). The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, operational excellence, and driving profitability across multiple factories. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end operations, business strategy, and transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing units. Drive financial performance, production efficiency, and adherence to global compliance and quality standards. Oversee P&L, strategic planning, and stakeholder management with global buyers and partners. Lead large cross-functional teams, ensuring productivity, sustainability, and ethical manufacturing practices. Represent the group’s long-term growth vision and expansion plans in international markets. Desired Profile: 20+ years of experience in garment/textile manufacturing, including 5+ years in a leadership role (CEO/COO/Group Head). Strong experience managing multi-country operations and large-scale production. Proven expertise in scaling businesses, profitability management, and cross-cultural leadership. Excellent communication and strategic decision-making skills.
