PLANT MANAGER

Job Description : PLANT MANAGER KSA a leading producer of bakery and chocolate goods, expanding our team and seeking an experienced Factory manager for plant operations Responsible for overseeing production, quality control, maintenance, and staff within the facility. Requires hands-on management and expertise in bakery and confectionery processes. * Manage daily factory operations for efficient production and timely delivery. * Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP). * Optimize production schedules, workflows, and inventory. * Supervise and train staff; drive improvement. * Coordinate with R&D and QA teams on product quality and development. * Monitor KPIs; implement corrective actions. * Comply with labor laws, food safety, and company policies. * Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. * 10+ years’ factory management experience in bakery or chocolate confectionery. * Strong knowledge of food production and quality systems. * ERP and production planning tool experience preferred. * Competitive salary (Total Package – 30,000 SAR) with incentives. * Growth and professional development. * Supportive team environment.
