As they enter a pivotal phase of development, they are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial Commercial Director to lead their Sales and Revenue functions. This is not a "corporate" role. We need a hands-on leader who thrives in a nimble, small-team environment and wants to play a foundational role in a group that is actively scaling its portfolio. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the global commercial strategy for the current portfolio and upcoming openings. Revenue Management: Drive Total Revenue Management (TrevPAR). Oversee pricing, distribution, and inventory management to maximize profitability.
