This is a key role for an experienced HR professional who understands the importance of competitive, well-structured reward frameworks in attracting and retaining top talent within a luxury environment. The role will be responsible for managing and developing compensation and benefits programmes across the business, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks, internal equity, and overall business strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership and HR stakeholders to support salary reviews, bonus structures, incentives, and benefits design. You will oversee job evaluations, grading structures, and benchmarking, providing clear insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making. Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and maintaining accurate reward data and reporting will be a core part of the role. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a Compensation & Benefits role, ideally within a luxury, retail, or premium brand environment. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently are essential.
