Job Description : GM / AGM – Tin Plant (Central Africa) Key Requirements: · 15+ years of experience in Tin smelting / Tin refining plant execution · Expertise in plant erection, commissioning, operations & maintenance · Strong leadership in manpower management, cost control & safety · Experience working in challenging / remote locations will be an advantage · Exposure to international projects preferred General Criteria (Both Roles): ?? Qualification: BE / BTech / MTech – Metallurgy / Mechanical / Chemical ?? Strong execution-focused leadership mindset ?? Ability to work independently in African project environments
