Job Description : Group Operations Director. GUINEA 20+ year experience Main Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the Group Operations Director will be responsible for: · Overseeing the entire supply chain, including inventory management and logistics across all Group entities; · Providing functional oversight for more than eight (8) Operations Directors within the subsidiaries; · Defining, harmonizing, and optimizing operational processes at the Group level; · Challenging operational requirements (purchasing, logistics, production, etc.) before execution; · Ensuring operational performance, cost control, and business continuity across the supply chain. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should: · Have substantial experience in a similar Group-level role, with at least 8 years in comparable positions, and a strong proficiency in SAP; · Possess experience in Africa, with fluency in French considered an asset; · Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the agri-food sector; · Exhibit leadership, strong personality, and decisive decision-making skills.
