Job Description : GROUP HEAD FINANCE, STRATEGY AND EXECUTION Are You Ready to Architect the Future of a Diversified Investment Group? A prestigious, multi-sector investment group with a strong track record of industry leadership is looking for a Group Head of Finance, Strategy & Expansion to join at the highest level of strategic influence. This is not a traditional finance role. This is a partner-level position—serving as the right hand to the Chairman and the operational architect of the entire portfolio. Translate a bold 5-year vision into actionable, quarter-by-quarter growth across multiple subsidiaries. Lead expansion into new ventures, greenfield projects, and strategic M&A. Oversee financial governance, portfolio performance, and operational excellence across diverse industries—from engineering and construction to hospitality, manufacturing, and real estate. Have a direct say in which businesses to scale, restructure, or divest. A seasoned leader with 15+ years in senior finance/strategy roles, preferably in a multi-entity, multi-sector environment. CPA(K)/ACCA/CFA qualified; MBA or equivalent preferred. Proven experience in M&A, portfolio management, and new market entry. A strategic thinker who is also operationally gritty—able to influence at the board level and execute on the ground. A premium compensation package(7500$ net savings), including a competitive base, performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
