Job Description : GROUP CFO UAE Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Telecommunications / Technology / Digital Services Reporting To: Group CEO / Board of Directors The Group CFO will provide strategic financial leadership across the Group's multi-country telecom operations, ensuring sound financial governance, profitability, and growth. This role will oversee all aspects of finance, including corporate finance, planning, reporting, taxation, treasury, and investor relations, while driving efficiency and supporting the Group's strategic expansion. The ideal candidate will be a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with extensive telecom or technology sector experience and a strong grasp of cross-border operations and regulatory frameworks. - Financial Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the Group's financial and investment strategy aligned with corporate goals. - Financial Control: Oversee accounting, consolidation, budgeting, and reporting across all operating entities. - Performance Management: Drive profitability, cost optimization, and financial performance through data-driven insights. - Funding & Treasury: Manage capital structure, banking relationships, and liquidity to support growth and international operations. - Corporate Finance: Lead M&A transactions, due diligence, valuations, and integration of new acquisitions. - Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to IFRS, local regulatory, and audit requirements in all jurisdictions. - Risk Management: Implement robust internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks. - Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with the Board, investors, regulators, and financial institutions. - Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team and promote financial discipline across the organization.
