Job Description : COO POLAND FOR CONCRETE INDUSTRY Open to International candidates Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead its operational excellence and business growth initiatives. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic and financial goals. This role requires a visionary leader who can translate strategy into actionable plans, streamline processes, and foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee core business operations including production, logistics, sales, procurement, HR, administration, and finance. Develop and implement strategies, policies, and systems to achieve organizational objectives. Drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all operational functions. Supervise plant operations, supply chain, and quality control to ensure timely and cost-effective output. Monitor financial performance and optimize resource utilization. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards. Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads to achieve performance excellence. Report directly to the CEO and provide actionable insights on business performance. Collaborate with the CEO on key business decisions, planning, and policy execution. Qualifications & Experience: Proven track record ( 20-25 YRS) in a senior leadership role (preferably as COO, GM Operations, or equivalent). Strong background in manufacturing, construction materials, or related industries. Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills. Ability to manage multiple departments and deliver results under pressure.
