Job Description : Fleet Manager (Truck Operations) ???? Location: Nigeria Industry: Transportation / Logistics / Haulage We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to lead and manage our truck operations across Nigeria. The role is critical in ensuring maximum fleet availability, cost efficiency, driver discipline, safety compliance, and on-time deliveries. Key Responsibilities: ? Manage daily truck operations and route planning ? Ensure high fleet utilization with minimum downtime ? Oversee driver recruitment, training, discipline, and performance ? Monitor fuel usage, control costs, and prevent fuel losses ? Ensure compliance with transport regulations, insurance, and permits ? Implement HSE standards and accident prevention programs ? Track vehicles using GPS/telematics systems ? Prepare MIS reports on fleet performance, fuel, maintenance, and KPIs Key Skills Required: ???? Strong leadership and people management skills ???? Experience in fleet operations and cost control ???? Knowledge of GPS/fleet management systems ???? Ability to handle breakdowns, accidents, and emergencies ????
