Reports to: Managing Director & General Manager We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance function of a globally operating cement / ready-mix manufacturing organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS across global operations Act as a strategic finance partner to MD & GM, supporting growth and expansion initiatives Oversee manufacturing finance, cost control, margin analysis, and working capital Ensure compliance with IFRS, audits, taxation, and regulatory requirements Lead or support ERP implementation (ODOO or similar) and drive finance digitization Strengthen internal controls, governance, and financial reporting frameworks Candidate Profile: Qualified CA / CPA / ACCA / CIMA (mandatory) 15+ years of finance experience with strong manufacturing background Proven exposure to ERP implementation (minimum one-year project experience) Experience handling multi-location / global operations Should be a peoples person with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
