20 yearsJob Description : HR Manager – Construction Contracting | UAE We are seeking a high-caliber HR Manager to lead strategic and operational HR functions across large-scale project environments. The role demands strong expertise in workforce strategy, high-volume manpower management, employee relations, and statutory compliance, supporting complex project delivery frameworks and multi-site operations. Key Requirements - 10+ years HR experience within Tier 1 / large construction contracting companies. (6000+ Employees) - Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and regulatory compliance - Experience in workforce mobilization and project HR operations - Ensure smooth onboarding, visa processing, medicals, insurance, and documentation compliance. - Drive employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives across project sites and camps. - Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes. - Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, statutory requirements, and HSE standards. - Oversee labour camp administration, welfare standards, and regulatory compliance. - Monitor HR metrics including manpower utilization, turnover, absenteeism, and productivity indicators.
