Job Description : HSE Director - Mining Services (JN -012026-6926582) South Jakarta, Indonesia Job Summary/Introduction The HSE Director will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the company’s HSE management frameworks across all project sites and corporate functions. This leader will champion a proactive safety culture, ensure compliance with national and international standards, and drive operational accountability for risk management. Description · Lead the development and execution of the company’s HSE strategy and long?term safety roadmap. · Ensure compliance with all relevant Indonesian regulations, industry standards, and corporate HSE requirements. · Oversee risk assessments, incident investigations, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. · Drive continuous improvement through HSE audits, performance tracking, and benchmarking. · Lead and develop HSE teams across multiple sites, ensuring capability building and consistent implementation of standards. · Promote a strong safety culture by engaging leaders and frontline teams through training, coaching, and communication initiatives. · Partner with operations, engineering, and executive leadership to align HSE priorities with business objectives. Candidate's Profile · Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications preferred. · Minimum 15 years of progressive HSE experience, ideally within mining, heavy industry, construction, or energy sectors. · Proven track record in leading large HSE teams and driving safety performance improvements. · Strong understanding of Indonesian HSE regulations and international frameworks (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.). · Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels. · Demonstrated expertise in risk management, incident investigation methodologies, and HSE systems implementation.
